• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Scrape, copy, or download content without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Era Model Agency a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

5.2 Platform Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Era Model Agency and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Bookings and Payments

6.1 Booking Terms

Bookings made through the Platform are subject to acceptance by both parties. Era Model Agency acts as a facilitator and is not a party to the contractual relationship between models and clients.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. Era Model Agency may charge service fees for bookings and subscriptions.

6.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual agreements between models and clients. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Verification and Safety

Era Model Agency offers identity verification services to enhance platform safety. Verification is optional but recommended. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet our safety standards.

8. Reviews and Ratings

Users may leave reviews and ratings for completed bookings. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and respectful. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• The accuracy or reliability of user-generated content
• The quality or outcome of bookings
• The conduct or identity of other users

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ERA MODEL AGENCY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Era Model Agency from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
